Why Indovia runs 95% of its Japan mix on CPE
An interview about adapting acquisition to the Japanese market and measuring player economics.

Indovia is a profitable, founder-led mobile puzzle and casual game publisher, built through global studio partnerships and AI-enabled operations.
Company-reported, October 2026. Annualised revenue run rate is not revenue already earned over a full year.
The founder story
Indovia began with Jatin Mittal’s experience in growth and a determination to build a profitable mobile gaming business. Going beyond acquiring players changed how he understood the work of publishing games.
From bootstrapped beginnings, Indovia grew while maintaining profitability, without an injection of the founder’s personal capital. Working directly across these disciplines shaped how the company operates today.
Growth was the entry point. Jatin taught himself game design and product development, player behaviour, optimisation and live operations—not just how to acquire players.
Hands-on work across data infrastructure, creative production, marketing and financial management connected product decisions to player data and spending to each game’s economics. AI-enabled workflows help make that knowledge repeatable.
That cross-functional foundation is the starting point for bringing in specialists with clear ownership, from product and publishing to growth, creative and technology. The aim is a company where teams can carry a shared founder-led vision forward.
Studio partnerships
Studios build the games; Indovia brings publishing, growth, monetisation and live operations. Partnerships are shaped around shared commercial success, with terms agreed individually.
In development
Indovia is developing Jackson as a unified hub for game discovery and rewards. The ambition is to build proprietary adtech informed by our publishing, growth and monetisation experience.
